02 — Concept Development & Design Direction

Thoughtful design concepts are developed through materials, color palettes, furnishings, textures, lighting, and architectural references that help shape the overall direction of the home. Depending on the project, this phase may include mood boards, layout studies, finish concepts, elevations, sourcing, and visual presentations.

03 — Design Development & Selections

As the design evolves, selections are refined across every layer of the project—from cabinetry, tile, plumbing, lighting, and millwork details to furnishings, textiles, decorative finishes, and styling elements. Careful attention is given to cohesion, functionality, scale, and the overall flow of the home.

04 — Procurement & Project Coordination

Vintage Honey Co. carefully manages ordering, tracking, and coordination throughout the design process. Furnishings and materials are sourced through a combination of trusted vendors, trade resources, antique dealers, and custom makers.Items are delivered to receiving warehouses where they are inspected, stored, and protected until installation day. Coordination with contractors, trades, workrooms, and vendors continues throughout the project to help ensure selections are executed thoughtfully and cohesively.

05 — Installation & Final Styling

The final phase brings the project fully to life through installation, styling, artwork placement, textiles, lighting, and finishing layers that create warmth, character, and a lived-in sense of home. The goal is always a space that feels elevated, personal, and ready to be lived in.
